I had a great experience at The Foreign Service! I brought my car in for its scheduled service and ended up having my rear brakes replaced as well. Craig was fantastic to work with! He kept me updated throughout the entire process, was very friendly, and made everything easy. One thing I really appreciated was being able to use a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait around while my car was being worked on. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. The team was very professional and the cost estimates were transparent and complete including taxes with no hidden fees. I appreciated the loaner vehicle as well. when I had my S550 Service "b" at the dealer for $850 they didn't even offer a loaner. I also like that they specialize in Mercedes I feel like that specialization positions them ahead of other shops and based on the excellent condition of the soon to be classic loaner I drove they know how to keep a Benz in excellent condition.

As a dedicated Mercedes-Benz enthusiast and driver, I trust no one more than this team to service my vehicle. Their service quality is exceptional, characterized by a high level of professionalism. I have encountered some of the most courteous and accommodating service professionals in my experience. Given my particular standards for vehicle care, I appreciate that they share the same level of care. I recommend bypassing the costly dealership experience and visiting David and his team instead. You will not be disappointed.

As a first-time Mercedes owner, finding a trustworthy shop to service my vehicle was extremely important to me. After a lot of searching, I found The Foreign Service, Inc., and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Craig took the time to walk me through everything my vehicle needed, explain future maintenance recommendations, and answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. I really appreciated knowing what to expect down the road so I can plan financially instead of being hit with unexpected repairs. The service was completed quickly, and I was in and out within just a few hours. They also provided a beautiful Mercedes loaner vehicle, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. The loaner vehicle had a nostalgic, classic Mercedes feel that I absolutely loved. It may not have had all the latest technology, but it was clean, comfortable, drove beautifully, and reminded me of the quality and craftsmanship Mercedes is known for. The Foreign Service took on a big challenge, mechanically restoring my 1973 450 SL. I was looking for a Mercedes SPECIALIST and they certainly filled that requirement. David, the owner, has been servicing Mercedes for about 50 years, and he did all the work on my car. He is extremely meticulous and took the time to restore my car properly. He somehow managed to search for, and find, many rare parts that are no longer in production and just didn't seem to exist anywhere. My car had been sitting, not running, for more than 20 years. Now it runs perfectly, dare I say BETTER than when I bought the car from the original owner 26 years ago. I highly recommend The Foreign Service for any and all Mercedes repairs!
